Water-Cooled Bearing Housings

After many hours of R&D and intricate machining, we completed the second order of some special Water-Cooled Bearing Housings for a large Cement Plant in Cambodia. Our design team were tasked with the target of reducing the current unworkable working temperature to one that enabled the bearings to run without constant maintenance.

We designed a set of special steel housings with water-jackets to reduce the temperature and increase efficiency. Having successfully achieved our aim, we have been informed that our design will be used in future projects.
